the fear that takes hold and captures our hearts.

eating habits that leave us lethargic or spinning in circles.

calling ourselves stupid.
believing the inner critic.
disbelief in our true nature.

let it go.

whatever feels like you're stuck, mired in the muck.
expectations. let life rush over. be present to the moment, welcoming the new.
